Monica Escobedo graduated from Angelo State University with a degree in Psychology, and has been a part of the staff of Children’s Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas, Inc. since 2009. She has served in various roles and programs at CAC, giving her broad experience and expertise in her current role as Chief Programs Officer.
As the Chief Programs Officer, Monica oversees all programmatic elements of CAC to provide an array of services to help children and families in our community. She loves working alongside a staff passionate about advocating for children and has a heart for ensuring children feel safe, loved, and heard. “Helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person,” is a reminder to Monica that although we may not change the world, we have the ability to change the world for one child by doing our best work every day.
