Update from CASA Leadership

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) are individuals from all walks of life who speak up for the best interests of children in foster care who have experienced abuse and neglect. As a CASA Volunteer, you get to know the child and gather information from everyone involved in their daily life, including family members, foster parents, teachers, daycare providers, doctors, lawyers, social workers and other relevant individuals. CASA Volunteers use the information gathered to report to the judge, advocating for the child’s needs while in the foster care system. The CASA Volunteer stands beside the child throughout their journey to provide stability, love, and hope and help guide the child to a safe and permanent home. With your help, we will continue to help change a child’s story.
