We are grateful for the many fundraising events carried out by individuals and organizations who support the mission of Children’s Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas, Inc. The possibilities are endless, but one thing remains the same – every item or dollar you raise helps our mission of ensuring every child in our community has a safe and nurturing home. With the support of individuals, organizations, and businesses in the community, we are able to make a difference for children in need of hope and healing. Whether monetary donations or donated supplies, these efforts mean so much to the children and families we serve.

CAC fundraisers are made up of individuals, groups, and businesses raising funds and awareness by utilizing their skills, talents, and passion to make a difference in the lives of children and families in our community. By hosting bake sales and fundraisers, running 5K races, or donating birthdays, you are helping change the life of a child. The possibilities are endless, but one thing remains the same – every item or dollar you raise helps our mission of ensuring every child in our community has a safe and nurturing home.

We deeply appreciate that you will be investing time and resources to make this a successful event. The guidelines that follow have been developed so that expectations are clear and we can assess whether we are able to endorse the event you are proposing. In order to enhance the success of third party events while protecting CAC’s brand, donors, and sponsors, the following policies must be observed.

Please note that CAC cannot attach its name or likeness to any event/subject matter that does not meet our brand standards or contends with our message of hope and healing for children that have experienced abuse or neglect in the Concho Valley. Any questionable event aspects, including but not limited to, visuals, subject matter, activities, or content must be brought to the attention of CAC and reviewed by the appropriate department. All fundraising requests to use CAC’s name/likeness/logo are subject to approval.
