After accepting a job with Children’s Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas, Inc. in 2016, Jennifer Dube has served in various roles at CAC, and currently serves as Director of Hope House. She is a graduate of Angelo State University where she earned her degree in Social Work. Prior to graduation, Jennifer gained experience at a foster care agency working with children who have experienced abuse or neglect. She has a heart for advocating for children and working with others who share a passion for keeping children safe.
Jennifer’s role is to oversee the staff and the daily workings of the Hope House program, and her goal is to be a light in the darkness of child abuse and neglect. She also works with the multidisciplinary team, made up of district attorneys, CPS, law enforcement, Shannon Hospital Sexual Abuse Nurse Examiner, and specialized therapists, to ensure all children have a voice and no child slips through the cracks.
